Payment Information

Credit Cards - we accept Visa or
MasterCard.

Cashier's Check or Money Order - should be
made in the exact amount due, payable to Square One. In-stock merchandise will
be shipped as soon as we receive your cashier's check or money order.

Personal Check - should be made payable to
Square One for the exact amount. Using a personal check will
significantly increase your wait time, as we cannot ship merchandise until the
check has cleared through your bank.

Wire Transfer - Payments must be made in US
dollars. All bank transfer charges must be paid by the customer; this
includes all bank charges charged by your bank plus the $20 that our bank
charges.

Ordering
You can now shop Square One online using our
Secure Online Catalog!
Here you can find links to most order forms for custom canopies and containers.
If you cannot find the order form you need, please call or
email Square One and we'll FAX or mail
one to you.
If you prefer to order by phone or FAX,
you can still browse our online catalog for information and pictures of our
products and make a note of the item numbers you would like to purchase.
At this time, we are not producing a paper catalog.
When ordering custom gear, we require at least a 50% deposit at the time the order is placed. The balance will be due before the gear is shipped. Any orders held at Square One for more than 30 days without payment will be returned to stock and deposits forfeited.
For technical questions (on skydiving
equipment, rigging information, etc.), please use our normal number
(909-657-8260), or better yet write down your questions and
email or FAX them to us (909-657-8179).
This will allow us to research your question and respond in more detail.

Return Policy
You must contact Square One directly before
returning any equipment. All returns must be made within 14 days of
purchase. Our guarantee covers any defect in materials or workmanship
occurring during normal use. At times equipment must be returned to the
manufacturer for repair or replacement - any charges for this are paid by the
customer.
You can return unused equipment to us if it is in
"brand new" condition and includes all packaging material (also in "brand new"
condition). A restocking fee may be applied on returned items.
Custom-made equipment cannot be returned!
If you have a problem with any equipment after 60
days, we suggest you contact the manufacturer directly regarding any warranty
questions. This will eliminate you having to pay double shipping charges
when you return items to Square One that must then be shipped to the
manufacturer.
If upon receipt and inspection of your order you
find any discrepancy (missing or broken items, etc.), it is extremely important
that you contact us immediately so we can resolve the problem for you quickly
and efficiently.
All Square One orders are shipped in high quality
packaging. If a carrier attempts to deliver an order in a damaged shipping
box or package, please refuse to accept the order. If there is any
concealed damage to a shipment, contact us immediately so we can assist with
correcting the problem as soon as possible.
Items purchased at our dropzone stores must be returned at the same location that the items were purchased.

Buying Used Gear
All used gear purchased from Square One comes with
our two week 100% satisfaction guarantee. Purchase any piece of used
equipment and you will have two weeks to have it inspected and jump it.
If for any reason you are not pleased with your
purchase we will gladly take it back. However, there are three conditions:

You have two weeks from the day you receive it to
make your decision. You must let us know before the two weeks are up if
you decide not to keep it. Equipment returned after the two week time
period will not be refunded.

The equipment needs to be returned in the same
condition that we sent it out in.

If you do elect to return the equipment, you will
be refunded the full purchase price not including the following items - the
cost of shipping both ways, any difference between cash and credit price, and
the cost of any rigging services or improvements that you request or have done
on the equipment.

International Orders
Square One welcomes orders from all over the world.
We ship via FedEx or other international carriers. All payments must be made
in US Dollars. We accept checks, money orders, credit cards (Visa or
MasterCard), wires and
bank drafts drawn on US banks. All bank transfer charges must be paid by
the customer. This includes all bank charges by your bank plus the $20
that our bank charges. If you would like to make a wire transfer, please
see our Wire Transfer Information.
Shipping charges for international
destinations vary by country and/or city. If ordering online, the shipping
charge will not appear when you place your order. After we receive your
order, shipping charges will be calculated from several international carriers
and a quote will be emailed to you for your approval before we process your
order.
Square One is required by law to
provide in writing, an accurate monetary value on all non-US international
shipments. Local duties or taxes on international
orders are not included in our billing and are the responsibility of the
customer. The customer is responsible for paying any taxes, duties, or
customs fees charged by your local government. Square One
cannot determine in advance what these fees will be. For more information,
please contact your local customs office or local post office.
If an order shipped by international air
carrier (other than US Airmail) is lost in transit, claims will be processed
upon the stated amount. Please understand that we are at the mercy of the
carrier for the processing of claims due to loss, which may take 6 months or
more.
International US
Airmail (including Global Express) is usually the least expensive form of shipment, but please understand
that this service is NOT guaranteed. This means that if the package is lost, we
will NOT be able to send you a replacement order at no cost to you.

Warranty Information
Because of the unavoidable dangers associated with
the use of any and all parachuting equipment, Square One makes no warranty
whatsoever for all products offered for sale in this catalog, either express or
implied. Anything purchased from Square One is sold with all faults and
without any warranty of fitness for any purpose. Square One also disclaims
any liability in tort for damages, direct or consequential, including personal
injuries resulting from a defect in design, material, workmanship or
manufacturing whether caused by negligence by Square One or on the part of the
manufacturer or otherwise.
By using this parachute assembly, or by
allowing it to be used by others, the user waives any liability of Square One
for personal injuries or other damages arising from such use. If the buyer
declines to waive liability on the part of Square One, buyer may obtain a full
refund of the purchase price by returning the equipment to Square One prior to
any use by the Buyer and within 15 days of original purchase with a letter
explaining why it is being returned.
Each time you use equipment sold by
Square One you risk serious bodily injury or death. Parachute systems
sometimes fail to operate properly even when properly assembled, properly packed
and properly operated - so you risk serious injury and death each and every time
you use any equipment purchased from Square One, regardless of any preparation
or precautions on your part.
Ordering and taking delivery of any equipment sold
by Square One constitutes the buyer's full acceptance of all risks associated
with using this equipment and buyer's acceptance of the limits of Square One's
liability as specified on this page. Square One shall not be deemed to be
or held liable for personal injuries or for any other damages whether direct or
consequential - but Blue Skies anyway!
